📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and grow the client base by identifying new opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain patients.
  • Coordinate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns and complaints promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve clinic goals and objectives.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the clinic.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in dental care and marketing.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
  • Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
