📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily plantation operations to ensure optimal crop health and yield.
• Implement and monitor agronomic best practices using advanced tools such as GIS mapping, drone technology, and IoT sensors.
• Conduct soil and crop analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted intervention strategies.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sustainable agriculture practices that align with environmental stewardship goals.
• Provide guidance and training to farmers and support staff on best practices for crop management.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss operational challenges and opportunities for innovation.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to agricultural operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in agronomy or a related field, with a proven track record of success in plantation operations.
• Familiarity with advanced agricultural tools and technologies, including GIS mapping, drone technology, and IoT sensors.
• Strong knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices and environmental stewardship principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to various locations within Bali.
• Certification in agricultural best practices or a related field is a plus.
