📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans for agricultural projects in Bangka Belitung.
• Oversee the management and coordination of a team of agricultural experts.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainable practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in agricultural project management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing agricultural projects.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainable practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, or Asana.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel extensively within Bangka Belitung and other regions as needed.
