📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Inspect rooms and public areas for any signs of damage or maintenance issues, reporting them to the appropriate department.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies, including vacuum cleaners, mops, brooms, and disinfectants, to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Stock and manage cleaning supplies, ordering and restocking as needed.
• Collaborate with the pre-opening team to ensure that all areas of the property are ready for the grand opening.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, using personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies, including vacuum cleaners, mops, brooms, and disinfectants.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with others and follow instructions.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Valid ID and the ability to pass a background check.
• Fluency in English or Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members.
