📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of data entry staff, ensuring they meet production targets and maintain high accuracy standards.,Oversee the entire data entry process, from data collection to data validation and reporting.,Train and develop team members to improve their skills and performance.,Monitor and analyze data entry performance to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to data management.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.,Resolve data-related issues and conflicts within the team.,Maintain and update data entry systems and software as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in data entry or a related field.,Proven experience in leading and managing a team of data entry staff.,Strong knowledge of data management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.
