In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and managing a team of electricians. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage electrical projects from conception to completion.,Ensure all electrical work complies with local and national safety standards and regulations.,Train and supervise a team of electricians, providing guidance and support.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of electrical systems.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.,Maintain accurate records of all electrical work and inspections.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to electrical issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrician, with a strong background in residential and commercial electrical work.,Proven leadership and management experience, with the ability to mentor and train staff.,Certification as a licensed electrician, preferably with additional certifications in electrical safety and project management.,Strong technical skills and knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.,Familiarity with electrical design software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
