📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Inspect, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance using tools such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and SAP.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions, minimizing downtime and production delays.
• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks, including lubrication, calibration, and part replacement.
• Collaborate with the production team to address equipment-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Document maintenance activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in manufacturing maintenance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, preferably in the packaging industry.
• Certification in maintenance management, such as Certified Production and Inventory Manager (CPIM) or Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), is a plus.
• Familiarity with CMMS and SAP is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a company vehicle.
