📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Oversee inventory management and procurement to maintain optimal stock levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and protocols.,Support the team in maintaining a safe and secure work environment.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to operations.,Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related roles.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to travel as required by the role.
