📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow,Coordinate with various departments to meet operational goals,Manage and maintain operational records and reports,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Implement and monitor operational strategies and initiatives,Provide support to the management team in making operational decisions,Assist in the development and implementation of new operational processes,Train and mentor new staff members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related field,Strong understanding of operational processes and procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite,Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus,Fluency in English and Indonesian
