📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing daily menus.,Oversee the preparation of dishes, ensuring they meet quality standards.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of working in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.,Willingness to travel to the office for team meetings and events.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
