The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial reports to support business decisions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Process payroll and manage vendor payments.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Monitor cash flow and prepare budget forecasts.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and receivable.,Train and mentor junior staff in accounting procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with palm oil industry accounting practices is a plus.
