📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR department in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents and reports.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager in various projects and initiatives.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure that all HR-related materials are properly filed and stored.,Assist in the organization and coordination of HR-related events and activities.,Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or similar.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English language.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
