In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving the growth of our company. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Develop and present sales proposals, pricing strategies, and contract agreements.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities for growth.,Manage and track sales performance, setting and achieving quarterly targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the success of sales initiatives.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and learn about new trends and developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
