In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing and a passion for maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.,Assisting in the development and implementation of audit plans and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and staff.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance audit processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
