📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Assist in training and mentoring new sales staff.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.,Participate in product launches and promotions to drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail sales principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Knowledge of the local market and consumer behavior is an advantage.
