Agung Nanda Restaurant is seeking a dedicated Deputy Security to ensure the safety and security of our establishment. As a Deputy Security, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment, enforcing security protocols, and assisting the Head of Security in all aspects of security management. This is a full-time position located in Manado, offering a competitive salary and benefits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the restaurant premises to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the safety of staff and customers.,Enforce security protocols and procedures, including access control, surveillance, and emergency response plans.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify and address potential security risks.,Assist in the training and supervision of security personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with law enforcement agencies to ensure the safety and security of the restaurant and its patrons.,Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents, inspections, and patrols.,Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, providing assistance as needed.,Promote a culture of safety and security within the restaurant, encouraging staff and customers to report any suspicious activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in security roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Knowledge of security protocols, access control systems, and emergency response procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with staff, customers, and law enforcement.,Valid security certification or license is a plus.,Familiarity with relevant security software and equipment.,Ability to perform physical tasks, including patrolling, monitoring, and assisting in emergency response.,Proficient in using Indonesian and English languages.
