📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular maintenance checks on branch equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on HVAC systems, security systems, and office machinery.
• Collaborate with the branch manager and other team members to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Document all maintenance activities and equipment repairs in a detailed and organized manner.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards to maintain a secure and hazard-free work environment.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in equipment maintenance and repair.
• Provide technical support and guidance to branch staff on equipment operation and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field maintenance and equipment repair.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, security systems, and office machinery.
• Knowledge of maintenance software such as SAP or similar systems.
• Valid certification in equipment maintenance and repair (e.g., Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP)).
