Gold New Dinamis is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documents.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Stay informed about labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Previous experience in a multinational or international company is a plus.
