📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including advertising job openings, screening applicants, and conducting interviews.,Maintain employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Coordinate employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.,Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics to support decision-making.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and ensure the company's compliance.,Support the management team in strategic HR planning and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
