📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.,Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial information is available for decision-making.,Train and mentor junior finance staff on financial procedures and best practices.,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance administration, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using financial software and accounting systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international financial reporting standards is a plus.
