📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment team, ensuring efficient and effective hiring processes.,Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions to attract the right candidates.,Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in leading recruitment teams.,Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
