📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead the sales counter team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.,Train and develop new sales staff to ensure they meet company standards.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Ensure all sales transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.,Promote and upsell products to existing customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,High school diploma or equivalent.
