📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage structural engineering projects from inception to completion.,Oversee the design, analysis, and construction of complex structural systems.,Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.,Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to field teams.,Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.,Mentor and develop junior engineers and staff.,Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proficiency in using engineering software and tools such as AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong understanding of building codes and standards (e.g., SNI, ASCE, ACI).,Excellent communication and project management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Knowledge of Indonesian construction practices and regulations is a plus.
