📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor teaching staff to ensure high-quality education.,Develop and implement lesson plans and curriculum.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback.,Organize and facilitate educational activities and events.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of educational programs.,Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.,Participate in staff development and training programs.,Represent the school at various educational and community events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience.,Proven track record of successful classroom management.,Strong leadership and mentoring skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum languages.,Knowledge of Indonesian educational standards and curriculum.
