📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and deliver training programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Develop and maintain training materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, and assessments.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop training plans.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs meet their needs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Manage and mentor junior training officers to ensure they meet performance standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on employee skills enhancement.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
