📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily operations of the bakery, including production, sales, and customer service.,Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.,Manage a team of employees, providing leadership, training, and support.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock to meet customer demand.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Collaborate with other managers and departments to achieve company goals.,Promote and uphold the company's values and culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of inventory management and sales strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.,Experience in a remote management role is a plus.
