Plus Max Pratama is seeking a talented and experienced Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that our company has the necessary supplies and materials at the right time and at the best price. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of goods and services.,Monitor market trends and price fluctuations to ensure that our company is getting the best value for money.,Ensure that all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Prepare and submit purchase orders, invoices, and other related documents.,Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.,Provide reports and analysis on procurement activities to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, principles, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
