📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily operations of the assigned section to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Managing and mentoring a team of staff to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and operational excellence.,Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures to maintain high standards of service.,Monitoring and analyzing section performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining a safe working environment.,Collaborating with other department heads to ensure seamless coordination and integration of services.,Representing the company at internal and external meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in section management within the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and delivering exceptional service.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of hotel management systems and software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
