📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct thorough credit assessments and risk evaluations for potential borrowers.,Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information to assess creditworthiness.,Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Monitor credit portfolios and identify potential risks or opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely credit decisions.,Provide training and guidance to junior staff on credit assessment and risk management best practices.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure effective credit risk management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit assessment and risk management.,Strong knowledge of credit scoring models and techniques.,Proficient in using credit assessment software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
