📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting outbound and inbound telesales to generate leads and close sales.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through market research and analysis.,Setting and achieving individual sales targets and contributing to team goals.,Providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.,Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.,Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and providing regular updates to management.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telesales and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in telesales or customer service roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
