📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and file complex US tax returns for individuals and businesses.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
  • Provide tax planning advice to clients to optimize their tax positions.
  • Manage and coordinate tax projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Conduct tax research and stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws.
  • Prepare and present tax reports to clients and management.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of tax services.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in US tax accounting.
  • Proficiency in US GAAP and tax accounting principles.
  • Strong knowledge of US federal, state, and local tax laws.
  • Experience with tax software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
