📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of 5-10 employees, ensuring high productivity and performance.,Develop and implement team training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Coordinate and supervise daily operations to meet company goals and objectives.,Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.,Handle team scheduling, leave management, and performance evaluations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in team leadership roles.,Strong understanding of HR practices and principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).
