As a CNC Technician / Operator at Dahua Precision Manufacturing, you'll daily operate and maintain our state-of-the-art CNC machines, ensuring top-tier precision and efficiency. You'll work closely with our engineering team to optimize production processes, troubleshoot issues, and uphold strict quality standards. This role offers a unique blend of technical challenge and hands-on learning in Bali’s dynamic industrial landscape.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain CNC machines, including programming and setup.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform regular maintenance and calibration of CNC machinery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize production processes.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
- Maintain detailed records of production activities and machine performance.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC Technician or Operator.
- Proven expertise in operating and maintaining CNC machines, particularly in precision manufacturing.
- Familiarity with CNC programming and machine setup.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Experience with quality control and inspection processes.
- Knowledge of relevant safety protocols and standards.
- Willingness to travel to multiple locations in Bali as needed.
