🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in travel design, destination management, or a related field.
• Proficient in using travel planning software such as TripIt, Concur, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of the local landscape, culture, and attractions in Bangka Belitung.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
