As a Bill of Materials (BOM) Staff at Far East Seating, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed BOMs for our products. This involves analyzing product designs, sourcing materials, and ensuring that all components are accounted for in our production processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline our operations and reduce costs, all while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOMs) for all products, ensuring all components are accounted for and up-to-date.
• Analyze product designs and source materials to ensure availability and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and engineering teams to streamline operations and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in the manufacturing sector.
• Conduct regular audits of BOMs to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Utilize software such as SAP and Excel to manage and analyze BOM data.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity in the manufacturing process.
• Provide support to the team in resolving any issues related to BOMs and material procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Excel for data management and analysis.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations in the manufacturing sector.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
