You'll use our in-house CRM system, Toyota Connect, to manage customer interactions, track service history, and schedule maintenance appointments. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage customer interactions through Toyota Connect CRM system
- Send maintenance reminders and schedule service appointments
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of customer service history
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure smooth scheduling
- Assist in training new hires and maintaining high service standards
- Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback to improve service quality
- Stay updated on Toyota's latest maintenance protocols and customer service best practices
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Proven experience with CRM systems, preferably Toyota Connect
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with automotive maintenance and service procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Fluent in both English and Indonesian
