In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing data processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability. You'll work with a variety of data tools and platforms, including SQL, Tableau, and Power BI, to create insightful reports and dashboards. Your daily tasks will involve data cleaning, transformation, and integration, as well as developing and implementing data governance policies.

- Manage and optimize data processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
- Conduct data cleaning, transformation, and integration using SQL and other data tools.
- Create and maintain data models and schemas to support business needs.
- Generate and analyze reports and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Identify and resolve data issues and discrepancies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data management.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in data management and analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data integration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with financial services industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
