📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and execute esports events, tournaments, and experiences that align with the company's vision and goals.
• Develop and manage sponsorship strategies to secure and maximize revenue from partners.
• Build and nurture relationships with gamers, sponsors, and fans to create a vibrant and engaged community.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and implement promotional campaigns.
• Oversee the coordination of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site operations.
• Analyze event performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize future events.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in esports event management.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and other professional opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event management, sponsorship sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing large-scale events.
• Strong understanding of the esports industry and its key players.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in event management software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
